Mahoney's Garden Center

Called there to see if they had a plant I was looking for and they said they did so I drove there from 2 towns away. When I arrived I asked where I could find it and it was not the plant I had asked for. The young man helping me said it was misunderstood, ok these things happen, I was explaining the difference of the plant when this troll like older woman who worked there came over with such anger and aggressiveness screaming WE DONT HAVE THAT! Her eyes were actually bulging she was so full of rage-I wasn’t even speaking with her, and I was just talking to the other employee. I asked what her name was because she was so incredibly obnoxious which I did say and her name was given as Linda and the other employee apologized for her behavior which was witnessed by more than a few people. What an ugly spirited person. An avid Gardner I spend quite a bit of money on this hobby, and this place has lost my business and I hope Linda finds the help she needs

A great spot for garden supplies. The plants are healthy, well cared for, and the overall quality really stands out. One tip—Google Maps directs you to park in the front, but it’s much easier to park in the back if you’re planning to load up your purchases.

2025: Andrew helped me with my new cherry tree. He was very friendly and informed. Great experience 👍 04/14/2026: on today's visit to the garden center, Justin went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the right tree for the space in my yard. He also suggested good supplements for my soil to ensure my new plants and tree thrive. He even helped me put everything safely in my car; very professional and helpful young man 🥇
