I am writing to express my disappointment with a purchase I made and the lack of follow-up afterward with rude responses from a guy named Fred. I purchased four arborvitae trees and three flowering trees for approximately $2,300. Each arborvitae cost about $400, and I was told this was a good price as long as the nursery selected the trees. Upon delivery, several trees were not in great condition, and one arborvitae was noticeably poor. After planting, that same tree continued to decline while the others did well. I contacted the nursery to request a replacement or credit and was asked to provide receipt details, which I did. Despite multiple follow-up emails and calls, I did not receive a response. When I eventually spoke with a representative named Fred, he claimed he had contacted me, which I did not receive, and stated the issue was due to the planter rather than the quality of the tree. I found this unhelpful, especially since my concern was with the condition of the tree provided. To further add to my frustration, I later found similar arborvitae trees at other nurseries for about $100, making the price I paid seem unreasonable given the experience. I would appreciate a response addressing this matter and explaining how it can be resolved but given Rude Fred was and claimed he emailed and called me I doubt it’ll happen.

Friendly staff. We buy kiln dried wood from here. You can either have it delivered or pick it up from the facility on site. Good quality hardwood, no bugs, reasonable prices.
