Absolute best customer service! The owner Randy, was helpful and one of the workers, Bailey, was incredible knowledgeable and beyond patient. I am a complete novice and she answered my embarrassing questions, without a second thought! From there, she helped me actually design 4 pots! Im definitely coming back and so thankful Polillios has the best customer service! Highly recommend!
I love walking around Polillio’s garden center. This is a wonderful family business run by Randy, his father Ralph, and his sister Ali. Been shopping there for a while and I always go back because Polillio’s is a fabulous garden center with very helpful and friendly staff, especially Randy. Randy is very helpful with design suggestions. When I was unsure where to plant the hardy catmint plant, Randy recommended placing 3 catmint plants around a hydrangea tree in the front of my yard. And he matched a blue star juniper with a blue point juniper for the front and back of my mailbox. He also tells me to stay away from buying trees for areas in my yard where there is too much shade. Randy is very honest and very knowledgeable and he definitely knows his stuff (he has a degree in plant and soil science). I have purchased a lot of beautiful, healthy shrubs and trees from Polillio’s that are thriving around my property. Thank-you Randy, Emily, and Lisa for the great service! Highly recommend this wonderful staff at Polillio’s. ADDENDUM: October 2025 Polillio’s is having a great end of season sale now (end of October). Bring in pictures of your yard and show them to Randy, and he will tell you what will fit best in your yard. And as I have said previously, Randy is very honest and very knowledgeable. He has a degree in plant and soil science. ADDENDUM: June 2026 Polillio’s garden center not only has a great selection but also offers phenomenal service. On 6/21/26, I went to Polillio’s looking for six variegated boxwoods and Ali said she would set them aside and I could pay for them when I pick them up. I decided to pay for them that day and take them home. I was given a 10% discount on the boxwoods as I am a regular customer. That evening, I realized the variegated boxwoods were too small for what I was trying to achieve: keep my dog from escaping my yard. The next day, June 22, I went back to Polillio’s and asked Randy if I could exchange the small boxwoods for large boxwoods. He said of course and did the exchange. Conclusion: This family business offers phenomenal service. Go see Randy and he will take great care of you.

My absolute favorite garden center. They couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Nice focus on organic soil amendments. Good selection of granite edging bricks. Rotating and wide selection of annuals and perennials. Leans more towards ornamental than vegetable. Space is stunning and inviting. Our little kiddos love going here as much as we do!
Polillio’s has the most beautiful plants plus everything else a person who loves gardening might need. Even better? The staff - every single one - is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re having a bad day, stop at Polillio’s. I promise you will smile. And maybe come home with a plant, just because.
