Ordered an arrangement for a casket. We were given a binder (that was very well loved!) to flip through and sticky note the styles and colors we liked. They would create an arrangement based off what we picked and asked specific questions to get a better feel of what we were looking for. It was a quick and efficient process. The others bouquets included were sent to the viewing that were beautiful and I wanted to include.
Popped in for a quick question about my dying plant and what i could do to save it , ironically a worker had just brought the same plant from thier own collection in for the same issue! I left my number since she wasn't there and had the recipe for a mixture to save the plant before I even got home! Thats great customer service and I'll be keeping them updated on the saving journey and definitely will be going back for plants and advice ♥️🪴🌱🌿🌾🌵🏵

Had florist make me 8 centerpiece arrangements for my Moms 90th birthday , they came out beautiful! I forgot to get a corsage for Mom and when I picked up my arrangements they just made one right on the spot! Very accommodating and beautiful design suggestions.
