I got a bunch of plants last year from here. I needed a plant and came by to see if they had it. I asked a young man if they had it and he told me they didn't have it. I replied "oh dang, you don't have it." & an old lady with blonde hair, snapped at me. "No, we don't have it!" & stared at me like I offended her. Hard to believe an employee would speak to a customer that way, especially when I wasn't even talking to her. I also believe she was the same lady who checked us out last year and she had a crappie attitude then as well. If you do go there try to avoid the old, blonde, cranky, female employee. Just keeping it real. I will not be going back there, you couldn't pay me. JM♡

I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years and was very disappointed by my experience. Last month, I received a $10-off-$50 coupon from the store, but unfortunately I misplaced it. When I came in to shop, I explained the situation and even showed proof of my previous purchases and transactions from my phone. I simply asked if they could honor the coupon since it had been issued by their store. I was told they could not because they needed the physical coupon. While I understand stores have policies, what made the experience frustrating was that I had recently witnessed another customer receive an exception without presenting a coupon. The inconsistency in how the policy was applied left me feeling singled out and undervalued as a longtime customer. After supporting this business for more than a decade, I expected better customer service and a greater effort to accommodate a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and applies policies consistently to everyone.
