Sun landscaping purchased 30 tress from our tree farm in March 2024 for a school project in Ft Meade. We have been trying to collect payment but nobody answers phone, emails etc. We will notify Anne Arundel Public Schools about Sun’s Landscaping business practices

Decided to walk into the nursery today and met the most wonderful and caring people! Purchased two plants that I am so excited for! Their customer service is awesome and I will be recommending them to everyone! Looking forward to going back and purchasing more as Spring comes along!
Two years ago Sun's installed my front landscaping. Two plants died immediately and they promised to replace them as soon as they were in stock again. They never came. I called and emailed that year, last year, and again this spring and still don't have my plants. They continue to say they'll be out and no one ever comes or even emails or calls to give updates. They reply then forget about us. From the other reviews, it seems everyone is reviewing GOING TO the garden center, not actually installation. UPDATE 10/13/22: After posting my review they called and asked that if they replaced the plant and gave me some money off, would I remove my review. I said no, I needed to be honest about my experience. After that call they sent an email asking when they could come out. I didn't see that they wanted me to call and schedule and thought they were going to contact me (my fault). However, after a month, they sent someone out without notice and that worker came and replaced the WRONG PLANT. I contacted them again. They said after not hearing from me they just wanted to get it done so they sent him out. If they'd looked at the drawing they gave me at the start, he'd have seen a plant missing and could have deduced that that was the one that had died 2 years ago, not the one that was there. Additionally, I've contacted them AGAIN asking for the correct planting with no response. That was 2 weeks ago. Round and round we go. Perhaps this update will get me another response from them.
10/10 There was a lovely selection of plants, they had some pretty cool flower pots, and the employees are great.
