I purchase every year from Hessells. This year after over $100 the 2nd time, many of my plants died within 1week. I called & spoke to Karen. I explained everything I did to help & she said bring them in or take pics of ones I threw out (after 4 days) I went in with plants/photos. A man approached and asked what was I doing with them. I informed him I spoke with Karen. Right away he said in front of customers & employees I did not water them! I was shocked & asked to see Karen. He said again I never watered them and Karen was gone but he’s the owner. After a 3rd accusation, I got angry at his smirk and behavior. I asked him if he was accusing me of not watering; his response (with a smirk to signify I was lying) was that he “gets customers in like me all the time” but didn’t back down from his accusations. I was so embarrassed I couldn’t believe he is an OWNER. I started shouting back that he can keep his plants as I will never return there. I’ve never been accused or treated like that anywhere!

Never got in I had my dog with me and they announced no dogs. I don't need to shop here. I've been in Ray Wiggins, great flowers, and Bordines, who also have great flowers. I certainly don't care about this greenhouse!
