Placed an order for several oak trees to be planted on my hunting property that I do not live on and am an 8 hour drive from.a week before the shipping date I emailed a request to move the date out by 1 month because of work.got a reply back confirming the new date.a week later I get an email saying my order has shipped.called customer service and ended up emailing proof of my request and confirmation of new date.I was told the owner was looking into it.never heard anything.Morse was one of 4 nursery’s I ordered from this year.the other 3 moved my shipping date without a problem.my first and last time dealing with Morse

I recently received a variety of chestnut trees and kieffer pear trees. They were packaged very well to withstand the abuse of the FedEx transportation. The outside box came very damaged, but everything inside was fine. The trees were better than expected for dormant trees. I was surprised how big the roots systems were on the chestnut trees. Update: i wasn't sure about nurseries so i slit my order. The crabapple and chestnut trees i just received from another nursery aren't even close to these. I qas surprised how tiny of a box the came. The roots for 12 trees were in a 4" diameter ball. Morse nursery was over 12". Also the survival kit from morse nursery was way better, it included the tree tubes, zip ties, the mat, and staples. The other nursery only only shipped the tubes for almost the same price. Morse nursery would be my go to.

I ordered 3 trees and some kits to guarantee the first year survival. So imagine my dismay when I received the Charlie Brown of crab apple trees. This thing is so crooked, there is zero chance this tree will ever survive in Iowa to maturity. Oh, and the tree survival kit didn't include the mat, just some cheap black packing plastic. Ordering online reminds me of why I don't like going through a drive thru, because what you order and receive are disappointing.

Extremely happy with the trees upon arrival. Had a very large order and staff was great on putting it together. Denise was a pleasure to work with in helping me design our orchard. Will be back ordering more soon!!!
