I received this plant from trade plant fairy and was very disappointed. Most of the leaves at the top are al browning. It looks unhealthy. This was my mystery plant, but I expect it to match the quality of the rest of the plants. Selling a mystery plant shouldn’t be an excuse to sell your unhealthy dying plants. I sent them a picture to let them know that i was dissatisfied with it. They then tried to gaslight me, saying it was plant of the growing process. This is not true. Just look at the Hoya Bella’s on their website, none of them have brown leaves like mine. And this definitely did not happen during shipping. They were packaged very well with an ice pack and they didn’t sit on my front porch for more than 15 minutes before I opened it. I would recommend if you want a quality plant, don’t waste your money on the mystery plant.

Such a neat place! Rare plants reasonably priced!
I’m so impressed with RPF. This company has an insane amount of integrity. I can only compare it to other plant companies I have ordered from and RPF has been a Has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only are their plants top quality and packed with absolute care. But if there’s ever an issue with an order they will stand by their integrity and do whatever it takes to make it right. I’ve ordered from them twice now. Unfortunately our package got lost and delayed for our second order. The plants quickly declined within the next few days. Rare plant fairy has gone above and beyond to make that right for us and sent us all new plants in a quick turnaround. There was also one plant that was incorrect in our order. They kept communication with us open and immediately sent the correct plant to us and told us to keep the incorrect plant as an apology. I never expect a company to be perfect and never make mistakes. Its what happens when a mistake is made that matters. I would trust and order from ROF over and over again.
This place is so cool! The plants are on the higher end lol but I found a little baby for $15 and the flower wall is a great photo opp!
Look up this term to any buyer👉Plant latent effect plants with roting fungal issues!(Beware of the quick reviews.)(👉High price plants should be tested by horticulture!).👉Tranplant shock can activate the fungal to spread due to the plant weakening due to transport, then plant latent effect takes effect!(good luck!)Beware of this place as well.(Every plant seller mentions,it’s fine in my care, I did not notice any fungal issues.) one picture is how I got the plant. They replaced it with an another sick plant. All the alocasia I bought had spider mites. Only plants out of my collects to have spider mites is the ones I bought from rare plant fairy(only the Alocasia’s.(👉Also Stem Rot fungal was Big Deal for couple.)(They do not fungicide. If it’s too far infected. The plant will off itself.) I sterilize my soil before repotting. They even gave two different size plants for the same price. They did not mention to ask or reply back once asked.smaller plant died from stem rot fungal. It rotted, had philodendron that I got from them that did the same thing. Had healthy roots but the stem rotted. 9 out of 12 plants bought rotted. Plus the ones on eBay all died. eBay with 30 day guarantee, you can get your money back.(applies to damaged arrival, disease Plants. That perishable none sense a seller try’s to pull is a lie.) good luck to any one buying. I was fine untill another dream plant to have died.again beware of buying if you buy.
