Honestly have been coming to this locations for so long & today I was treated with such unneeded attitude. Came in early morning to build a bouquet and was served just attitude and they kept telling me I was supposed to have an appointment… One of the ladies “Pam” was absolutely amazing & so nice & to be honest the only reason I didn’t walk out on because she actually went out of her way to help me. I understand that you need an appointment but sometimes for regular customers you can bend the rules a little because all ur doing is grabbing 10 flowers from the buckets. The two ladies working the morning shift were speaking with such a bad attitude towards me and kind of laughing and smirking because I was building a bouquet of flowers…? Which really doesn’t make sense. They need to learn how to treat paying customers, maybe even get a few tips from Pam. Again she was sooooo helpful and didn’t show once that she was getting bothered from my requests. The other two I seriously cannot explain how rude they were and with how much attitude they were treating me. Like keep your extra comments to yourself, and smirking and laughing and literally talking about a customer in front of their face is super rude. They lack customer service at a whole other level.
