The manager, known as Tiffany B. is extremely rude and inconsiderate of both customers and staff. Her customer service is at a zero satisfaction. She is dismissive and rushy. The way she talks to her staff and customers is completely unacceptable. This person needs to organize her time management skills, take a compassion-based service and HR training and hold some accountability. I would not return here as a customer or interested party of employment to this business simply because of her attitude and arrogance. Someone needs to have a serious talk with this individual on what it means to serve, to be kind and hold space for belonging. Shameful.

Just visited the plant house for the first time today…. It’s like heaven on earth. Absolutely stunning all the plants are well maintained & cared for. Such a good friendly vibe, the customer service from Emily & Tim was outstanding. To say the least I will be back!

Came to your store to purchase some house plants. Saw 2 $26 plants and 2 $5 cactus I wanted. Waited 15 minutes. No greeting or offer of help. 2 guys too busy on their phones behind the register. In fact, no one was ever approached. I walked out. Terrible customer service. It doesn't take much effort to greet customers walking in. Might have to put your cell phone down for 10 seconds. Impossible ask for today's youth.

Second time visiting and purchased another beautiful plant. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Patrick was amazing! They will be seeing me for a third time very soon!
