We had a river birch delivered and planted 2 years ago. She looked sickly starting soon after they planted it. Today we dug her up because it looked like she would fall over and we found the original rootball was still intact. The guy who planted it did NOT spread out the roots. We assumed he knew what he was talking about, but it’s apparent that he did not. We asked for a discount on a replacement and the manager begrudgingly said “a very small discount”. Your trees are $300-$500. This is why we had you plant it. We can’t afford to replace her.

The customer service that I received at the store recently was truly exceptional. I was looking for a particular tropical flower for my deck, and Michelle helped me to find them and gave me good instructions on how to care for them. I came back a few days later with more questions since the weather was not really cooperating for tropical flowers Heidi took time out to help me get the correct soil and containers to plant them in to keep them healthy. I really appreciated the time that these two employees spent with me. They were very kind and helpful. This is a beautiful store with everything that you could possibly want for your garden. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been to all of the bigger garden centers/nurseries in Oakland county and this place along with Wojos are by far the best.
