Recently went there with my wild and crazy 2 year old dangerously close to nap time and the staff was 10 out of 10 helpful. Did everything from run and play with him to even load my truck while I was cashing out. Only complaint is my son didn’t want to leave due to having so much fun in the “forest”.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell. The answer is always it’s our suppliers fault not ours. Do not do business with this company. Being in business for 70 years means nothing when you know nothing about how to run a business.
Buyers BEWARE!!!! Do not purchase top soil from this company. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past and will NEVER support them through my business ever again. I was treated so poorly by Kim on the phone when I called to address an agricultural nightmare! A few weeks ago my husband and I decided to finally fill our garden boxes and plant all of our indoor grown seedlings. So he bought three yards of soil from Souliere. In which is all contaminated with horsetail!!!!! It is against the law to sell a product that was not properly screened (as advertised) with a noxious, prehistoric weed that will destroy your entire property and neighboring properties. I asked them to come and remove the soil and rectify the issue. In which I was met with zero concern, lack of compassion and hung up on!!! I will never ever support this garbage company and their disgusting behavior ever again! Please take the time to look up the danger of horsetail on your property!!! This is a living nightmare! I am now forced to pay to have it removed and properly disposed of. I cannot in good faith just dump this contamited soul anywhere. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! I am horrified to think how many others have already unknowingly spread this most prehistoric weed all over their property!!! Kim blamed the company that they purchase dirt from and i stated that soil should be tested if you are selling it as good garden top soil which also leads the concerns as to is the soil safe for plants? I will be sending samples to the labs and testing it thoroughly as they are now not to be trusted at all!

I went in this place for some grass seeds. They did have the brand I was looking for. I believe it was emerald brand but the women who work in there was not friendly at first they don’t have many flowers and plants in there so I don’t recommend this place.
