**Pure Oasis for master and novice gardeners** me and my wife took a stroll into Gardens and Beyond during their perennial sale. What a beautiful and fully stocked greenhouse, (and I've been to tons of them) everything looked amazing and well watered,. I was pretty sticker shocked with the quality and low prices. Seriously debating on going back tomorrow. Highly recommended, great customer service, friendly workers everywhere. A must stop for plant fans
I love this place and have been going there regularly since they opened a few years ago. The regular prices are fair and sale prices are awesome. I go there multiple times every summer. Yes, I'm like a kid in a candy store when I'm there. I'll be the first to admit that I have no self control when I'm in the greenhouse. Staff is kind and extremely helpful. I let the cashier, Christine, know that I had knee surgery recently, so she helped me load all the plants that I bought, in my car. I appreciated the help so much! Thank You, Christine! I will see you soon. ;-)
I have been going here for 5 years and today I was told to leave and I can't shop here anymore. Apparently the business is run by people that haven't been trained in customer service, I own a business and if my employees ever treated my customers the way I was treated they would be fired on the spot family member or not. I'm giving them a negative - 10 on the rating scale.
Very poor customer service. People standing around not helping customers. They will not take complaints seriously and will just kick you off the property instead of trying to rectify the problem.
