If you’re delivery to this location. Be careful. It’s gonna take forever to unload. 8 hours Plus Unloading and still counting… They use unethical business practices. This guys made up multiple fake claim stories. They wanted to blame the reefer unit, but it didn’t work. If you don’t have downloadable unit, don’t come here or you’re gonna get FAKE CLAIM. The way they made up a fake claim story, it seems it’s not their 1st time. They’re good making up fake stories. Maybe they saw a good profit coming from fake claims. If you got a legit cargo claim, you have the right for compensation. We have insurance coverages for that reason. But, making fake claims that’s unacceptable. We’re gonna report this game you’re running here to the shipper and broker, so your business partner’s know that you tried to made up fake claim, but unfortunately, you didn’t succeed. Good Luck delivering to this notorious liars.

I ordered a few dozen mums from them last year and they were absolutely beautiful when they arrived in the mail, you'd think I'd just picked them up from the greenhouse myself. They all matured wonderfully over the summer. Only a few of them came back this spring even though they were mulched and had snow cover. I emailed them from their website and after a couple weeks didn't get any reply. When I called them they said they didn't have any kind of guarantee, it was just a harsh winter, so I couldn't get any replacements or refund which disappointed me. If they'd replied to my email and had a guarantee I would give them 5 stars in a heartbeat.
I have received plants from them for years. They are the best!!
