I went out of my way to support this local business because I was looking for plants for a small indoor water garden. I came in with a list of plants I was interested in and hoped to get advice from someone with experience. Instead, I was met with condescension. I was corrected over terminology, being told they weren’t “aquatic plants” but “plants that can thrive in water.” Then, when I asked questions, the employee sarcastically asked if I had done my own research or if I had “just typed some words into ChatGPT and used whatever it spat back.” She made sure to say it loudly enough that other customers could hear, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily humiliating. To make matters worse, she wasn’t able to answer several of the questions I had come in to ask. I wasn’t expecting ChatGPT to replace an expert, that’s exactly why I came into the store. I could have ordered everything online and hoped for the best. Instead, I wanted to support a local business and learn from someone with experience. Unfortunately, instead of feeling welcomed, I felt belittled for asking questions. I left disappointed and embarrassed. A quick word of advice: good customer service isn’t about knowing everything, it’s about treating customers with basic respect.

great place a lil on spendy side but worth it !

Customer service here is great, I love all the different stuff they have in stock. They carry a great selection of dog and cat foods, along with equestrian stuff that anyone may need. They have a cat and corgi dog there that you can pet also, which I think is the coolest.

Loved the garden store staff. Kristy I think is her name. Is always very helpful. I have gone to this garden store over the years because she is always helpful. Thank you again Kristy for another spring planting season. You are the best !!!
