I am done shopping here. I spent over $130 on vegetables and herbs there, and one of my cucumbers that I purchased died/failed immediately. I tried to call Cal's for a week straight to see if I could get some type of replacement since I wasn't able to go in there immediately. I don't know what is up with their answering system but no one ever answers and you are just directed to some phone tree and then forced to leave a voicemail that is never returned. I also sent a message via their website a week ago with no response. I would appreciate some kind of response from management and still think it would be great to get a refund considering how much money I have spent there over the years. Customer service has been terrible.

Cal's is my go-to for a great variety of plants. I go there for everything: distinctive flowers and plants, gardening tools, supplies and especially pots, great pots! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and readily available.

Used to love Cal's for Christmas trees but went there today and was SHOCKED by incease in their prices. We always get a 10 foot Fraser but they want $299!! Went home, did some googling and found 2 places selling them for $189. Disappointed cuz Cal's is super close but just can't justify paying that price for a tree we will dispose of in a month.

They have lots of beautiful plants and flowers with highly experienced staff. The cost though... 🤔. Let's just say, be ready to be spending some money. Definitely can't afford to shop here any longer unfortunately.
