Great local greenhouse that has specialties you can't find like Nora Barlow, ornamental oregano, gas plant, and a lot of other surprises. They hlhas a sleeping pupper when I was there.

I have been buying my peppers and tomato plants from blacks greenhouse for about 20 years now. This is my secret nursery to get really good quality fruits and vegetables. For peppers I always pick up the exotic weird sounding names to see how they turn out. Example, I get the lemon drop pepper plants and I get the chocolate habanero pepper plants for growing. This year I'm growing mostly Jamaican Scotch bonnet peppers which I donate to Patriots Tavern restaurant in Stillwater Minnesota. Patriots Tavern has Smalley's Jamaican jerk sauce recipes. So it's my pleasure to give them my homegrown peppers so they can make authentic jerk sauces. When I purchase tomatoes there I always buy the cherry tomatoes. I get the weird names like chocolates cherry tomato, black cherry tomato Sunshine orange tomatoes. I also get my impatiens plants there for the summer and they have these really cool ones that are taller than most impatience. Overall great job blacks greenhouse.

1st time there. Should of came a few weeks ago. They had variety of tomatoes I've never seen before. Next year I'm going to come here earlier in the season. Staff were all helpful and pleasant.

Found all the special annuals I needed for my deck. Loved the dogs! Would visit again to shop and to pet the animals.
