The lady checking me out, Norma, did not have good customer service skills. I had the plant I was buying on the counter with the tag/price clearly on there, but she asked me in an annoyed/impatient manner what the price of the plant was. I worked in a garden center for 6 years and never once asked my customers to tell me the price of something they were buying in such an uncourteous manner. If the product was sitting right there it was my job to take the initiative to pick it up and ring it up. If she had asked nicely for me to identify the price it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but the rudeness really turned me off.

Was looking for JAPANESE CEDAR SHRUB, they did not have it in stock, LARRY was very helpful in giving me lots of alternative options,walked and saw good many shrubs w his help.ig I could say one word for LARRY s knowledge of plants,it would be WALKING HANDBOOK on plants. I have noted many of his suggestions that I will spend a week or so to decide. Timbersond is well established nursery and they keep knowledgeable people on staff to help shoppers, LARRY is one example.

This place is AMAZING!!! So many beautiful flowers, plants, tress, and much more. Everyone was so helpful and nice. It was my first visit and will definitely return to look at more purchases!
