Wonderful place that we’ve used a few times for family photos, it’s clear it is taken care of and that the owner treats the property with care. We haven’t bought a tree from here before but might in the future!
This is a very nice little farm. By the name, obviously they have a very wide array of Christmas trees. However, we went for their pumpkin picking! They have a huge field with a great variety of pumpkins and gourds to pick for yourself. After a nice little tractor ride out to the field, they had wagons and snippers handy all there waiting, so all we had to do was find the perfect pumpkin...and we did! Great way to spend some time with the family.
We got a tree from meert farm last year and it did the same thing but not as bad. My husband wanted to give them another try this year so we did! We got the fir tree. It started shedding after a few days of having it but after a week is when it really got bad! I finally called to complain and the lady just said idk what to tell you but you can come get another tree. Um they are 50mins away from us and Christmas is around the corner! They wouldn’t do a refund and they gave us someone else’s receipt not that it would have mattered since they won’t refund. We are going to have a sad Charlie Brown Christmas tree this year and I’m never using that farm again! I’m from Seattle and I have got real trees a lot! Cutting down and precut and have never experienced this before so it’s pretty disappointing.
$180 for a Christmas tree? Do you think old man Meert would approve? There isn't a tree shortage, there is a ethics shortage. The tree farm worked because Mr. Meert put love into it. If he treated it like a chore or a nuisance, it would have folded 15 years ago. Love what you do, because when you don't it shows.
