Very disappointed. I just called to inquire about their return policy that they hyped up when we spent a large sum of money on plants. The gentleman who answered on the phone was very unhelpful and unwilling to answer my simple question. At this point I don’t care about the return policy. We will find another nursery to be loyal to. I care about the customer service and disrespect that the gentleman had. One rude encounter has lost our business for the future. A simple question or moment that could have been handled with some care was blown off.

For native plants, this garden can't be beat. Their selection is large and unmatched, and features some really cool harder to find species. The plants are large, well established, and healthy.

I love going to Sugar Creeks Gardens. I went today to get Agave and came home with 8 other native Missouri wildflowers. They have a wonderful selection of wildflowers.
