Hey Patricia - each has their own purpose. If you want to relieve soil compaction, aeration is a great tool. If you want to overseed your lawn, verticutting works great, although isn't necessary. Both of these typically happen in the fall.

Now when I did mine and after rain to save money on your water bill it works instantly! The brown I seen in my grass has gotten green after the rain..I put Grub Z Out down 1st  then put Seven from Walmart which kills 100 insects including grub fleas triggers mositos  omg tics etc on top of that..then put Milorgsnite Nitroen fertilizer down on that to help grass grow and greener! For 2 days I have not been bitten herrassed by NOT ONE INSECTS AT ALL! IM LEARNING MY YARD AS TIME GOES BY! IT FEELS AMAZING OUT HERE and the smell does not bother you at all..Then on top of that I bought from grass pad the CYONARA u spray with your hose that's to put in my bushes to triple the security from insects..which u do when there's no rain! If you follow these directions you can't go wrong and it doesn't hurt your plants at all! GOOD LUCK! I FEEL LIKE IM A PRO NOW..LOL Now I can enjoy my yard without the hassle of insects!

Water for @ 7 minutes 3 times a day (don't let it puddle) until seed germinates then a minimum of 1/2 an inch every 3 days.

We do not sell peat moss in bulk, but we have a 3.8 cubic ft Jumbo Peat Moss that covers 400-600 sq ft depending on how thick you lay it down. It runs at $15.95 😁👌

Hi Glen, Hardy garden mums like we see flowering in the fall are hybrids and are grown from vegetative cuttings. We have mum plant starts in the spring and will have container grown garden mums in many different colors and sizes in fall. Usually start arriving just before Labor Day.

How do I get rid if Japanese Beetles.  Eating my fruit trees.

Get rid of grubs during the off season. Can buy beetle traps and there are sprays that will kill them but have to make sure it says it will kill them.

I used your step 1-prevent and still have creeping Charlie everywhere.  Suggestions?

If the creeping charlie was already up, pre-emergent (step 1) would not help. It has to be on before it comes up (emerges). Next step, usually called weed and feed. You will have to see if the weed part of that kills Chuck. If not, anspit killer (round up) will be needed.
