I've been here a few times and it was fine, however, the last time I went, I bought a few plants for landscaping and the experience was awful. (Long story incoming) I bought maybe 5 different plants, all seemed healthy and fine. I planted them, watered them, and less than 24 hours one of them (a bleeding heart bush) had completely separated from the roots. It was weird, never had that happen before, all the other plants/bushes did fine. Took a picture of it (admittedly a weird angle, it was hard to get a good one) and went back to ask them if they had any ideas of what happened or if there was anything they could do. I work retail, I'm definitely not one of those customers who comes in rude or passive aggressive. The cashier told me I probably just ran over it with a lawnmower. Or a dog sat on it. Blamed me for the bush death and then asked me to move out of the way so she could get back to cashiering. I told the story to someone else who went back with me a few days later, who isn't as shy as me. We explained the situation again, with the same cashier as before. She rudely called a manager over and explained, again, that we either ran it over with a lawn mower or a dog sat on it. (It was planted next to a house and sidewalk, no grass around it. Also no dog living there.) The manager was somewhat nicer than the cashier but tried to say it looked like we didn't water it and that you're always supposed to water them when they're planted. He ended up saying we could get another plant to replace it, but then just walked away. Thankfully, one of the only nice people I saw working there helped us find a good replacement and was sweet about it. I think her name was April. I appreciate that they let us pick another plant, even if the one we bought was sold out. I just don't appreciate the attitude and blaming, especially when that's not the energy we were bringing in. For that reason I won't go back. Especially if that cashier is still there serving as a prime example of what customer service is not supposed to look like.
