It’s a cute place, but 0 customer service and the staff either does not even know what plant they have, or does not bother to check for me, or lied. I called ahead to confirm they had a specific plant. I gave the exact brand, variety, and color. The staff said yes without hesitation. I drove out, only to be told upon arrival that they didn’t actually have it. Just a suggestion for something “similar.” The attitude was dismissive and frankly rude. Not professional at all. At this point I don’t even want to get into the attitude. I just want accurate information so I can get what I’m looking for. For context: I then called another nursery. Their staff kindly asked me to hold, actually checked, and confirmed before I made the trip. If you’re going to say you have something, please verify first. A quick “let me check” saves everyone’s time.

Wondered about this store due to the location and nick neck shop, yet if you are a gardener, you should find what plants you need. Also surprised of the price, quite reasonable. Once I get my lettuce in , I'll go back and get more plants. My mom would have loved this shop, I mean nursery.
