Using The Plant Factory as my primary wholesaler has been the best investment I've made. Nick, Venita, Denny and the rest of the team are phenomenal folks. Their plants are ALWAYS gorgeous, well cared for and easily adapt to my greenhouse. Picking up another order today, I'll add photos later. Thanks, y'all.

When trying to set up an account, V. Kelly was extremely rude and unhelpful. I sent over the necessary documents as Iowa does not give out a resale certificate number, just a form you fill out (which I did). I tried to explain this to her and she proceeded to interrupt me to say I was incorrect. I tried asking what was needed to remedy and she continued to be rude with me. I have set up wholesale accounts with other companies without issue. All she said is “well we aren’t those other companies”. But did not offer any remedy besides attitude. This was a terrible experience. Zero respect, and horrible customer service.
