Garden Heights Nursery

This well respected nursery deserves one star in this respect. I bought 12 plants from them. Their rep selected them and put them in several boxes for me. I discovered that two of the plants, same species, were infected and wrote to them within days, including photos. They responded to my many messages/photos, "be patient," and it takes "three years." It took less than a few weeks for these two plants to die. Garden Heights Nursery could care less. Their clearly stated return policy is no returns. Proven Winners, Home Depot, Costco, all accept plant returns. Check out their return policies online. The only way to get a merchant like garden depths to reconsider their behavior is to shop elsewhere.

Made the drive from Illinois and had an EXCELLENT experience. We came looking for a very specific tree (Japanese black pine) and they had several cultivars in various sizes. And we even ended up with a few more plants then we came for LOL. Really a great selection and the whole place is styled and organized super nicely, like you are walking into a display rather than just greenhouses and shelves. 10/10 will definitely be back!

My grandma is closer to 100 than 90 and loves plants. She’s not always the warmest to new people. We brought in a plant that needed some TLC and despite my grandma’s eccentricity, Nicole was the perfect plant doctor, tending to it and giving my grandma tips for the plant. Beautiful display, excellent quality plants, and a very knowledgeable staff!! What more could you want? Variety? They have a phenomenal variety for such a small location!! Really pleased with our first visit! We will return!!
