Been buying for years. Plants are healthy. No problems. Alright follow planters if you mishandle ball burlap plant ie drop it roll it pick up it by branches or trunk plan on replacing it which is your fault. In St Charles clay, if you plant it 2 to 3 inch high and used compost then you planted it currently. If the plant gets watered weekly during hot months May to sept (twice during 90+ weeks) and biweekly in dry months ie feb mar nov dec. for the first year the plant will do great period they are a wholesaler selling only good quality shrubs n trees. when it leaves their lot it is out of their control and into your hands. 👍👍

Easy place to back up.

After purchasing 15+ arborvitaes in Feb 2023, 3 have died completely within months, and 2 more are 1/2 dead. No warranty, no standing behind their products. Paying 4x - 5x what the big boxes charge, at least the big boxes stand behind their products.

As a licensed contractor in Missouri I need to shop wholesalers whenever possible. I traveled to Home Nursery intending on purchasing approximately $1,000 worth of material for one of our customers. After answering some of their questions honestly, I was turned away. I was told that 95% of my work needs to be green in order to "fall under their umbrella". After speaking with two staff members, I still had not been shown where on their web site or any literature it states such information. Just a shrug of the shoulders and a "No". The gentleman was even polite enough to explain what a wholesaler is. Thank you, sir. They wasted my time and I'm sure they will do it to someone else. Hopefully, this review prompts someone in my like profession to make a phone call first. And maybe... learn a thing or two about what a wholesaler is.

Poeple are friendly and very helpful, i never have to wait for service and their is always plenty of plants to choose from. You can't bet their prices and selection.
