I visit this garden center when I need plants for the yard. Today I was looking for plants and bird feed. Got to see cute b as by chicks waiting to be sold. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plants are always in great shape and they had a great variety and the plants are well organized.

Lovely store filled with so many goodies. Great plant selection with interesting ones not found in your big box stores.

Kinda expensive. Terrible hours for those of us who work 8 to 5. I guess I will take my $ elsewhere

We found a red maple that was not very healthy and half as large as the rest, marked approximately 25$ higher than the others. When I asked why, was told that it had been purchased from a different place. Since the tree wasn't looking well anyway, we offered to buy it for the same price as the others. It seemed like a win/win: we needed a smaller sapling and this one was considerably rootbound and needed to be planted sooner than later. Manager refused, doubling down on the need to make money on it. While I can understand her perspective, it strikes me as pretty poor customer service to have different prices on the same plant, and have the higher price on the smallest and least healthy, and still expect the customer to pay that. The pricing discrepancy should have been addressed before the customer had to see it. They could even have all been priced higher and we'd have been none the wiser. And while she complained that if she sold it for the price of the others, she wouldn't make any money, she lost not only a 104$ sale, but also two customers, because this has left me feeling like I really don't want to do business here anymore. Unfortunate, because we have enjoyed coming here since around 2013 and hadn't encountered anything this uncomfortable before. Do better.
