We purchased a truck load of trees, plants and bushes for our new home. They delivered on time as promised. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything we planted has thrived. Great prices, great products, honest people. ( back of house )
The lady that owns Joe’s has had a bad attitude for years. I don’t know what her problem is. She’s had this bad attitude for a long time. Most likely the reason they get a 3,4 star in reviews.
Very unprofessional and rude staff. Unfortunately this is a trend here based off other reviews.....
I would happily pay more money for my plants to do business elsewhere. I call today with a simple question: "What is the largest holly you sell and what is the price." The lady was businesslike and answered "15 gallons about 5 feet tall and $140". I asked a follow-up question: "Is that ball and burlap or container?" Answer: "I answered your question. You asked what size and I told you". I followed up again: "I understand that, my next questions was about container versus ball and burlap." Answer: "I would've said balled and burlap if that's what they were." I've never dealt with someone in a customer sales and service position with a more snotty and sorry attitude. I told her I would not be doing business with them because of her attitude. She said "that's fine" and hung up on me. I recommend avoiding this place.
Picked up a few fill plants, very friendly and loaded everything and helped with selecting an alternative for an existing planting.
