I ordered three bare root grape plants. Labels were so hard to read that it was difficult to tell which was which. Two of them are doing well, but the third never sprouted. Customer service has been terrible and they will not send a replacement or refund.
I ordered 6 strawberry plants that never grew. I contacted them about the problem. After back and forth talks, they emailed me a shipping bill for replacements. I paid. That was over a month ago. I emailed them about it. No response. I'll not do business with them again.
Don’t waste your money!!! Bad quality and terrible customer service. I wish I saw other reviews before making my orders. I made two orders, total 60 strawberry roots, only around 6 plants alive. Most of them arrived rotten. I followed the seller’s instructions, soaked in water, then put them in 4” pot with potting mix. First order didn’t have any luck, then ordered second order, most of arrived rotten. After 3 weeks, I don’t think the rotten roots will come back to life, I still want to give them a chance so I put them in ground, mulched with straw. I waited three weeks before contacting the seller, but was told it is my fault to kill all the plants because I mulched them with straw instead of wood mulch. I would like to say, the bare roots arrived rotten first, and didn’t grew in pot for 3 weeks that is why I put them in ground. And my second order has never been transplanted to ground, still looking dead, how do you explain that? I don’t expect replacement or refund, but I want share my experience with my gardener friends, get bare roots from your local store, you can get 10 bare roots for only $3.98 from big box store, and you will have the customer service you deserve.
Sent the wrong plants and refused to fix it I ordered 5 raspberry plants and 5 strawberry plants from Hand Picked Nursery. Instead, they sent me 10 strawberry plants and zero raspberries. Both shipments arrived in bags (no box), and I didn’t realize the mistake right away. I followed their planting instructions exactly. Only 1 weak strawberry hasn't died. When I contacted them to resolve the issue and explained that I never received any raspberries, they refused to help. They kept insisting both orders showed as “delivered” and said they only replace lost or damaged orders — not delivered ones. They would not refund or send the missing raspberry plants, even after I explained what I actually received with photographs. Here’s a direct quote from their response: “I will not refund a product that shows delivered… We reship lost or damaged orders not delivered orders.” They made no effort to make it right. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE STILL BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMER???? Bought 3 5 packs of strawberries from their website. Only 1 grew the rest are dead. Customer service does not respond. DONT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE DEAD PLANTS. Update ALL ARE DEAD
