Called to have a lawn redesigned the person on the phone has no clue about anything for lawns said someone would call no one did. Went by two days latter and the same person was there and has no clue again. I guess they don’t need the business.
I think I’ve been going to Pine Lake for 30 years. They know their plants. I hope they are around for another 30 years.
Will soon be a return customer! Naomi is awesome at customer service! Also, they have a great line in plants and trees.
I will be using their landscape service and plants this fall.
The staff was very helpful and attentive to our questions. We were looking for a Japanese Maple tree for a Mother’s Day gift and the young lady was very helpful , however we didn’t make a purchase as we were looking for a smaller tree . We will return for more plants this spring and summer ! Wayne
