I ordered 600 mums total, 1st 300 look fresh, the other 300 smushed, broken stems looks flat, looks like a whole different batch. The 1st 300 are actually 2x the size of the other 300. I did put in for a claim, will see how that goes and update my review. If you can get them in oerson and inspect before you biy i recommend, orserming online is a gamble. It will likely be my last order of plants.I will use them for supies only now
First time ordering, and will definitely be ordering again! I was updated through every step of the process - please thank Brian and his team! Plants arrived on time (ordered Friday night, plants arrived Thursday) and were very healthy. Secure packaging. Definitely exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you!
Good afternoon this is something that I usually don't do. But this morning I was really impressed because the owner of this business personally called to make things right. Which shows responsibility and courage. He educated me on the system that they are using and how it can best benefit my farm. He also provided me with an option to make sure that my crop was not slowed down. So just as I critique the company I'm going to praise the company for resolving the issue. Which shows me as a business they understand that mistakes are made and they can be corrected. And I'm not without fault I just need to be educated on their system now that I am I'll have more success. Integrity speaks volumes and when it comes from the top the volume is even louder. Thank you for making things right.
ncfi has significant challenges in shipping their product without it sustaining serious damage. 4 shipments, 2 years, 3 seriously damaged with plant plugs all over inside the box, plugs completely barerooted, plants scalded due to heat, plants seriously dry. i can only compare to raker roberta, who have figured out how to avoid these issues (4 shipments, 3 years, no losses, no damage, near perfect. posted images on google maps). speaking with the ups drivers, they blame ncfi for not coming up with a better design that limits damage. they admit there is 0% chance of a package with arrows up staying that way during transit. indeed, the drivers tell me they are prohibited from carrying the package is a distended position but rather they must hug the box, which means it goes sideways. ncfi packing does not protect the flats sufficiently in sideways or upside down travel. what the owner loses sight of is the fact that i paid shipping on the destroyed product that i cannot be refunded, all due to inadequate packing on the part of ncfi. that sucks.
