I received my sweet potato slips today. They were in horrible shape. The box was crushed, as noted by the carrier. The slips are pretty much dead. Looked like they had been cut 10 days ago. All dried up. Leaves brown. No packing or wrapping material. They were sent priority mail. No excuse for this. I sent the pics to the Maine farm who are the ones you go thru .....Wood.Prairie farms. Hope they take care of it. ......Williams farm did give me a refund, minus shipping, and said they were having problems with the distributor. So thank you

I walked in the office and was greeted, The lady told me to look around for what I wanted. Love how they have wagons but I was upset how I was looking at the flowers and a hispanic lady yelled at me to leave them flowers alone because they where sold. I was only looking not like if I was going to take them. There so many flowers to look for I guess we can even do that. A little pricey for 4 things almost $100. Won't be coming back the way I was yelled at. Not a good customer service when your only looking.
