Visited with my sister last weekend, after driving by and seeing the selection of outdoor plants. We have one in Norfolk, but I was interested in seeing the Columbus location. Even bigger selection of cute yard art, decor, and all the cute and whimsy things. I love their Mushrooms and mushroom related decor. The employees were helpful and like all Earl May employees I've encountered, very kind. Their plants are are always very healthy and well taken care of, and the selection of outdoor plants, was impressive. I could spend a ridiculous amount of money in this store!

We love this store in Columbus and stop each time we travel through from Minnesota. I would love to thank the staff person and manager that helped when I purchased a fishtail palm on 5-20-26. The care that was taken to secure the soil and wrap the palm to make sure it arrived its 400 mile trip safely was fantastic. The advice was great. It has been replanted into a larger pot and is doing well in our greenhouse. Thank you so much.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND WHEN I DID A RETURN THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND I PAID IN CASH. THEY GAVE ME GIFT CARD! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
