It’s 5:30 on a Saturday. Picked out our plants. Had about $90 worth of product to buy. We went to check out and the doors are locked.. All of sudden an employee wonders out keys a jangling and says they close at 5 pm. Door says open to 6. As we were leaving another customer was also stopping. So don’t count on the hours reported on Google or the door to be accurate

Bought a large variegated jade plant/cluster for $150 and it lost all variegation because it had been pumped full of artificial chemicals. People do this to sell a cheap plant for a premium price quickly by making it appear variegated. I took it in and showed the employees it was no longer variegated and they didn't seem like they cared so I will not shop here anymore. Passing chemically altered plants off as "variegated" is a scam
Purchased plants did not survive transplant. Not the first time this has happened. Their replacement policy is non existente. Done will not return.
