I recently inquired about a significant investment of $2,500 with Pro Growers of New England and was hoping to get some clarifying information regarding their warranty. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. When I reached out with my questions, I was met with a rather unhelpful response. Instead of providing the information I sought, I was simply directed back to their website. This felt dismissive, especially considering the amount of money I was ready to invest. The representative I spoke with (who would not address her name when I asked) was not only unaccommodating but also came across as very combative. Rather than engaging in a constructive conversation, she suggested that I might not be a good fit for their services simply for seeking clarification. This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a potential customer. Given that customer service plays a crucial role in any business relationship, this experience has unfortunately caused me to reconsider my options. I’m now looking elsewhere for a company that values its customers and is willing to provide the support needed to make informed decisions. If you’re considering working with Pro Growers of New England, I recommend reaching out to them first to gauge their customer service approach. It’s essential to feel supported, especially when making a significant financial commitment.

I bought several plants from Pro Growers for my place on Plum Island - harsh, salty conditions and terrible soil. Chris’s recommendations were perfect. Beautiful plants, good prices and 2 years later they are all still thriving. Would never buy from anywhere else.
