We needed a custom-built, 14-foot giraffe in just one week, and I’m so grateful that’s where we landed. From the moment I reached out, Cindy jumped into action. - Products look great for a good price comparing between stores. - Bought a product and paid shipping. I queried how long the delivery would take and was told it would be longer than usual at the moment (Expected & no problem). Was then emailed to say they calculated the wrong shipping and wanted to charge me around $30 more USD (and if I didn't pay they would refund me the product i paid for) and sent a quote with little information quoted in Euro instead. I queried why this happened as the website displayed my charge was correct and I would like more proof of this change before paying. The company refunded me and has not yet replied to my emails. - I am sure they have good products and staff are busy working from home but the service I received was a dissapointing experience
