I ordered twin wall poly carbonate roof panels for a residential diy project. I told Bud this was for an over hang on the front of my house, even sent photos of the structure we built. I sent installation questions the day I ordered. I received the product & paid, but he still didn't answer my questions, despite calls & other emails. I got him on the phone today, he was short & gave me has no real explanations. He sent me ugly, beat up aluminum pieces that do not fit my purpose yet he insists they do. My entire project has to be remeasured. I have to recut everything because after speaking to him today, the things he sent require me to shorten everything by 1 1/2 inches all the way around, leaving the entire edge of the beautiful distressed wood overhang with open rafters covered in ugly aluminum strips. I was very specific, sent pictures, etc, so in my opinion this is the worst purchase I ever made & it was twice as expensive as any other place I could've bought it. Bud insisted that I did NOT need to tape the ends, even though I told him everything I saw said they must be taped. The panels arrived & there are taping instructions printed right on the panel. He ruined my entire project with his lazy ineptitude.
