The person who answered the phone was rude and the topsoil they delivered was mostly clay. I can't even call what they delivered soil.. it's detrimental to the plants... it dried like cement. I had to till it up/dig it out and buy new soil to amend that entire area... Marion stone was a Complete waste of money.
I ordered stone a few weeks ago and can say, the level of service I received was exceptional. The manager Sean addressed a concern of mine with the stone in a timely and professional manner. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would definitely patronize this business again. BTW, the goose egg stone that I purchased for my project turned out nice.
Best in the business. They are well organized, clean and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to always please their customers.
It's unacceptable that a company who was paid a contract with a 55+ community has gone 24+ hours since efforts of snow removal has begun. If you do not have adequate resources to allocate, you cannot accept clientele that you cannot then service. This is morally bankrupt. We can't have seniors not able to access their driveways and main roadways. We can't have people over 45 years of age taking it upon themselves to clear the snow because we all know the risk of heart attack greatly increases. And ironically, how would they, or anyone else, be able to access emergency services? This delay is simply unacceptable. Please do not accept contracts with larger communities if you cannot allocate time and resources to them
