Exley's Landscape Service Inc

This was the first year we decided to go to Exley’s. We looked around for a tree, but they were all brown inside. we’re told they were all shedding this time of year. One of the workers said we could look at another section and while en route to that section, the owner stopped us and asked what we were doing. We were told that we could look over there for the tree. Reluctantly the owner let us choose a tree. We finally choose a tree and it wasn’t tagged with the price. We went to check out with the receipt, but the worker did not put a number on there just her name. We were finally allowed to check out with the tree. We go and pick it up and it looked a lot smaller than we had seen in the yard. Not really sure if this was the actual tree that we chose. Get it home kept it watered and still it died and shed pines everywhere. Christmas morning I had a dead tree. The day after Christmas, we took it down and all the needles fell off in my living room. Reached out to Exleys through their online submission form over week ago and still have not heard anything from them. Would not buy a tree from this place ever again! Terrible service terrible tree!

Our landscaping is absolutely beautiful! The transformation is breathtaking. There aren't enough superlatives to describe it. From our initial contact, it was an expedient and efficient process. Chris and the staff were professional, pleasant, and meticulous. We met with him numerous times to develop the design and answer any of our questions. He was on site during the installation. Over the last year, we met with five landscape companies. Exley's pricing, value, knowledge, and accessibility were unmatched. We have been receiving numerous compliments from our neighbors. Updated review: I bought a Fraser fir in mid December 2024, and it was a tree that I watched them bring to the site in a truck, plunk it down, unfurl it and set it up for purchase. I told the guy I want that one! It maybe was a bit young but I didn't care. It took about 3 weeks of warm water feeding to finally get a scent out of it, BUT it is still up in our living room and alive! Smells better every day so I haven't taken it down yet because it's not shedding needles and still drinking water! In between hot and warm water from the tap is the best to feed your Christmas tree so the sap won't clog the tree up! I read this online somewhere and it's totally true. Old review: After an 8 year absence, I purchased a 6 ft Fraser fir Christmas tree 3 weeks ago. It is outstanding. Still smells so good, and I was the weirdo smelling trees for an hour before I picked one. $85 totally worth it for my happiness this holiday season!! Cheers They do everything for you, bale it and put it in your car. Love this place, a local gem!

I would give no stars if I could Paid my deposit in April and they didn’t show up till June That was after 3 phone calls, no return calls from them however so I finally had to go in the office angry Then they finally came out three days later then they said Some work was okay but there was dirt all over the stones they put around my pool One windy day and all the dirt would have went in the pool My husband called and the worker said “ Oh yea the rocks are dirty”” What reputable company would leave a job looking so awful They finally came out a week later and once again did an okay job by just washing the rocks half heartedly. I would never use this company again Just too stressful
