It was hot today, 100 deg plus, and I was assisted OUTSIDE by a very friendly and helpful staff member who had to back and forth to get a price check for me. I was also offered help (without pressure) from another staff member regarding plant selection and questions. Great customer service all around and great selections of native plants.

My daughter purchased three different petunias baskets right before Mothers Day for me. I am very disappointed. Although they all had an abundance of sun, watering daily ,and fertilizer once a week they have become quite unattractive looking. It started with the leaves starting to have brown areas on their leaves on the stem. I pruned them, hoping they would come back, but it only got worse so the pruned them all the way back, and moved them to my backyard Because they’ve made my front porch look sad alongside the petunia baskets I had purchased from Walmart which were thriving with the same exact care. Also one hanging basket that I paid $40 for has wilted. And just to let you know when my daughter first gave me these containers there was a chance of frost, and every time the weather report reported that I carry them one by one and put them in My garage to avoid frostbite.
