While this location has an excellent selection of plants, dirt, pots and other supplies for all your gardening needs, the customer service stinks out loud. When I asked two employees if there were any larger clay pots, I felt like I was intruding on their kissy face and dinking around on their phone time. Instead of helping to locate the item I needed, the girl gave me a superb answer of “Did you look outside ?” Which I had already done, prior to disturbing them. Next time I’ll make the trip to Closter. The 3 Mainecoon Cats are more helpful than those 2 were.
