The best place to get native plants in South Jersey! I was finally able to find Blue Flag Iris (pictured), Great Blue Lobelia, and a bunch of other great natives. Thank you Summersweet!💚

I visited Summersweet a few days ago with the need to purchase both native bushes and wildflowers for a butterfly garden. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and even showed me full grown examples of the plants in his own garden. It was such a good experience I would not hesitate to purchase from Summersweet again, despite being located an hour's drive away!

If you want to plant native you have to check this place out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything looks to be great quality. Will definitely be returning for more plants.

Joe Russell was extremely helpful when I was planning a new garden in my yard this spring. His nursery offers a lovely variety of healthy native plants to support our local ecosystem. All of the plants, shrubs and trees that I purchased from Summersweet in early April are thriving in my yard. I hope more residents will consider using our beautiful selection of native plants in their home landscaping projects to support our declining pollinator, butterfly and bird populations.

Joe is highly knowledgeable, happy to answer all your questions and goes out of his way to help people learn more about native planting. Beautiful nursery, easy to find, very accommodating. Tons of selection and all appear very healthy. I highly recommend Summersweet Native Plants!
