Worked with Alex in the indoor greenhouse, this young man was polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. I highly recommend going here for all your plant needs. Not to mention, even the parrot gives it's input... Thank you guys!!!
I always loved shopping here. They are usually so nice and when I buy a plant they make it look so pretty with ribbon and wrapping. Last time I was in I asked them to put moss around my plant like I always do. When I leave there I’m always so happy. This time the guy in the back did not seem to even want to help me. I asked him for moss and he basically just threw it in the pot. When I got up front I told the woman at the counter and she did not seem to care at all. Mind you they are a little pricy but I didn’t mind paying because of the service. I prob will not go back.
I love this place so much, everything you want for your garden and your home you can find it here. The stuff and managers are very welcoming and polite, the employee who helped me his name is John , he is amazing, extremely patient, polite , and loved that he took time to also give me advice.
What a novel escape! Includes florist, plant store and home store. The owner Joe is so charming and helpful. If they had a cafe I’d stay all day!!
