I had a very disappointing experience with this business. On July 3rd I purchased four koi fish at $165 each because I wanted to make our pond look beautiful for an upcoming family reunion. When I woke up the next morning July 4th to feed them, one of the fish had died. I took the fish back to the store that same morning, hoping they would replace it. Unfortunately, the owner refused to provide a replacement and told me I had to pay for another fish. Considering the fish died within hours of purchase, I expected better customer service and some willingness to stand behind the quality of the animals they sell. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed and unsupported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend spending your money here. I believe customers deserve compassion, fairness, and better service when situations like this occur.
