Beautiful trees in all varieties, friendly staff, fast service (was a Friday.)
They don't allow dogs. The only Christmas tree farm I've been to that doesn't. Honestly ridiculous and hopefully nobody else wastes a half hour trying to get there only to realize someone must stay in the car with the dog. Worst part is unless you look at the website you don't realize till you pull in and see the sign that says it.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We came in 2024 and were overwhelmed by how wonderful everything was from the tractor ride, To santa to the selection and atmosphere. THIS YEAR was horrendous. No tractor. No carts. Noone to help cut down like last year. We asked for directions from the woman standing in the information booth and she advised us that the white pine trees were in the fenced in area behind her. (There were NO signs or labels on this area.We specifically asked her to repeat where they were because she blindly waved her arm behind her and pointed to the fenced in area. We took a picture of the map as well.) We proceeded to cut down our tree in the White pine area- mind you the trees were picked over and we assumed they were because they were on the cheaper side. The only person to come by was a younger man to tag the trees. We carried our trees to the cashier, and were told that they were the $108 variety. After speaking with the cashier about the inaccurate price, she informed us that someone would come out and look at the trees and confirm what they are. The younger girl came and took our ticket- Not even looking at the trees and told us that it was still a hundred and eight dollars. We explained that we were told to go in the lot behind the information booth and that's where the white pines would be. She just stood there staring at me, not offering to help or an explanation or any kind of empathy. We were given false information, and they refused to honor any kind of customer service. We left the trees there. So now there's 3 trees that were cut down for no reason after backbreaking work cutting them down and then dragging/carrying them to the front through the mud. We left empty handed after driving 90 minutes to get there. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service from your from the unknowledgeable and unhelpful employees, and for ruining my elderly parents' decades long family tradition. We WILL NOT be returning. Have a blessed Christmas.
I went Saturday at 2:30pm and greeted by nice staff, found parking no problem. Got kids out of the car and checked in at info booth, they told us where the trees were (little bit of a hike) but all good. Then said they were having a delay to get the trees down to shaker, delay to shake, and delay to wrap. I asked how long and was told 2 HOUR DELAY, that's unacceptable, they should have been better prepared with staff. Said I can carry my own tree all the way down by HAND, but there's still a delay to Shake and Wrap and pushed going to local spot for food or drinks and then coming back (little shady). We left, ended up going 10 minutes away to Wyckoff Tree Farm and WHAT A DIFFERENCE, just as friendly staff. Parking was super easy, right next to where the trees were and ZERO delay in anything. Found our tree in 15 minutes, cut it down (they have saws you can use available for everyone or BYO), they had huge carts to bring the tree (or will assist to bring them for you, no wait) to about 50' to where they shake and wrap it. Was in an out in less than an hour. Stopped at the store on way out was great (pricey) but great stuff. Probably wouldn't go back, Wyckoff will be our go-to next year.
