Stopped by Brock Farms looking for a crepe myrtle and some zinnias, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The selection was huge. I could have spent hours browsing! Linda, the owner, Brian, and the young woman at the register (sorry, I forgot her name) were all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to find a garden center with such great customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Brian was AMAZING helping me pick out a Japanese Maple, Hydrangeas, Hostas, etc. I learned a lot from him and he loaded everything in the truck carefully in 105 degree heat. This place has everything and anything u need & it’s much better quality than anywhere else I’ve been.
A quick shout out to a family business who stands by their guarantee! My Crepe Myrtle died over this heavy winter, but it was still within the return window (50% credit 6-12 months after purchase with receipt). I took it back this morning, they confirmed it was dead and helped me pick out a new tree to replace the one that died. Furthermore, they helped me wrap it up and tie it down to my vehicle. Awesome service, stay local, stay family owned, thank you Brock Farms!
I’m so incredibly grateful we stumbled across this place! We had just come from another nearby garden center where the customer service was pretty awful, but this nursery was a total 180. The second I asked where to find the Korean Lilac, they gave me a ride straight to the plant on a cart and drove it right up to the front register for me. The gentleman driving was so helpful, he even loaded the plant right into our car! I really wish I’d caught his name so I could give him a shout out here. (it happened on Saturday, 6/6, around 5:30 PM) We're from NYC and working on adding more plants to our backyard, and we will be definitely coming back here for the rest of them. Huge variety of plants and premium service.
Great garden center with tons of fun retail to explore inside! Beautiful greenhouse filled with everyday and exotic plants/cactus. Nice selection of pots too. Highly recommend this place!
