Customer Service at the location was great. However, had 3 cubic yards of top soil delivered but when it arrived it was full of rocks and trash and was basically clay. Called left a message but nobody called me back. Disappointed in the service.

I’ve ordered mulch from this company several times now, and every experience has been great. The mulch is always high quality, fresh, and a beautiful consistent color. Deliveries have been reliable, and the customer service is honestly what keeps me coming back. The woman who handles the phone calls is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. As someone who isn’t a professional landscaper, I really appreciated being treated with respect and having my questions answered without being made to feel inexperienced. Unfortunately, another company I contacted was very dismissive and rude to me, and it made this experience stand out even more. It’s refreshing to find a business that provides both a quality product and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Like inflation isn't bad enough. To be shorted on dist and stone though.. even in the picture anyone can tell that is not 10 yard of dirt and 8 yards of stone. That's 5 and 5 at best. And when asked where the rest of the delivery was, the answer was that the driver had loaded it the night before.. it was 5 - 2 yard bucket loads... in a tandem dump truck. When it was one bucket in a mason dump truck. And good luck to those who can wait for it. It's a 2 day wait.
