I visited the store intending to purchase a Mexican-themed pumpkin and was excited to find several beautiful options. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The pumpkins were inconsistently priced, with some smaller pumpkins marked at higher prices than larger ones. The larger pumpkin I wanted didn’t have a price tag. A staff member initially quoted me $119, but then returned and said the price was actually $189. I asked if they would honor the original quote or at least match the price of a similarly sized marked pumpkin, but after speaking with management they refused. I had also planned to purchase a mirror priced at around $300, but the way this situation was handled left me uncomfortable. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, I felt the pricing was inconsistent and the customer service lacked flexibility. As a result, I left without purchasing either item. The store has beautiful merchandise, but I hope they improve their pricing consistency and how they handle situations involving unmarked items.
