I like Greenhouse and go there frequently . Dave and wife are good people. Today the customer service was BAD. The heavyset lady with short hair was having conversation with co workers entire time. She never bothered to ask me if I needed anything or if I was eligible for Senior or Veterans discount, I am an Army Vet. She was too busy BSing over her cash register with her co worker. Do better ..

The best customer service ever! We bought a garden statue a few years ago that was later damaged by wind. Julie connected us with a welder who repaired it, and when another storm caused more damage, she offered full store credit and arranged for the statue to be removed. She also reserved the replacement statue we wanted, which we purchased today. We are very impressed how she made us feel valued and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We are excited to work with Julie and the garden center team to have it installed. Also - we want to shout out Alan who helped us select a couple of plants - a Mugo pine and another purple flowering shrub - he was so knowledgeable about the plants and also gave us some great advice about the watering and care of the plants and our entire garden! This place is great and they have us as customers for life!
